To make your return as smooth as possible, please read the following before starting:
Change of mind returns (30 days)
- Change of mind returns are available within 30 days of delivery.
- The device must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original accessories, inclusions, and packaging.
- If anything is missing, or the device is returned with new marks, dents, scratches, cracks, bent frame, liquid damage, or other damage, we may apply a reasonable restocking fee or value deduction, or decline the change of mind return.
Warranty and fault based returns
- Warranty and fault claims are assessed only after the device is received and inspected by our technicians.
- Assessment can take up to 10 working days from the date the device is received.
- Devices returned with iCloud Activation Lock (Find My iPhone) or Google FRP cannot be processed until the lock is removed.
Important exclusions (not covered)
Warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by:
- Accidental/physical damage (including cracks, chips, dents, bends, or impact damage)
- Liquid ingress/corrosion (including rain, spills, pools, sea water, steam, or moisture)
- Unauthorised repairs, opening, tampering, or modifications (including rooting or non standard software changes)
- Damage to ports and trays due to misuse (charging port, SIM tray, buttons)
Network and coverage notes
- Signal strength and mobile data performance can vary by location, building materials, congestion, SIM or eSIM provisioning, and carrier (including MVNOs).
- If we cannot reproduce a network related fault and our testing indicates the issue is carrier/coverage related rather than the phone, a $50 assessment fee may apply and the device will be returned with recommendations to contact your carrier or try a different network.
Packaging
- Please pack the device securely. If a device is damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging, it may affect the return outcome.
